Lava has launched the Agni 3 5G, boasting the world’s first secondary AMOLED rear screen alongside powerful specs and a clean software experience.

Lava Agni 3 5G features
The Agni 3 features a stunning 6.78-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED main display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The innovation lies on the back – a 1.74-inch secondary AMOLED screen dubbed “Instascreen.” This allows users to answer calls, view notifications, take selfies with the rear camera, and utilize essential apps like music player, fitness tracker, and voice recorder, eliminating the need to flip the phone constantly.

Under the hood, the Agni 3 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor, built to handle dual-screen use seamlessly. It packs 8GB of RAM (with expandable virtual RAM) and comes in 128GB or 256GB storage options. It runs on a clean version of Android 14, and Lava promises 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security patches.
For photography lovers, there’s a solid 50MP Sony sensor with OIS on the back, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide and an 8MP 3x telephoto lens. Selfie fans aren’t left out either, thanks to the 16MP front-facing camera. The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 66W fast charging. Just a heads-up, though—the base model doesn’t include a charger in the box.

The Agni 3 also comes with an “Action Key” that you can customize for different tasks using single, double, or long presses. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor, is IP64 rated for dust and water resistance, and has stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos for a great sound experience.
Pricing & availability
The Agni 3 is priced at Rs. 20,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model (without the charger). Pre-orders are now live on Amazon.in, with sales kicking off on October 8th. There are also some launch offers, including discounts for previous Agni series owners and on SBI cards.
