Vivo is expected to announce the Vivo X200 series of smartphones on October 14 in China. The new Vivo X200 Pro Mini model, rumored to pack all the major specifications from the Vivo X200 Pro into a more compact form factor, is one of the series’ major highlights. Recently, some live shots of the phone appeared on Weibo, showing off its sleek design. These images were, in fact, screenshots from the video below. Additionally, a couple of Chinese tech bloggers have shared the device’s key specifications. Here is a compilation of the key specs shared by the tech bloggers, as well as those that surfaced in recent reports.

Vivo X200 Pro Mini specifications (rumored)

The Vivo X200 Pro Mini will feature a 6.31-inch OLED LTPO flat display with support for a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will embed an optical-type in-screen fingerprint sensor.

For photography enthusiasts, the X200 Pro Mini will boast a rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 main sensor with OIS support, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 3x periscope telephoto lens with support for 3x optical zoom and 10x hybrid zoom.

The upcoming Dimensity 9400 chipset will power the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. It is expected to run on Android 15 with Vivo’s OriginOS 5 on top. The compact phone will pack a massive 5,700mAh battery that will support both 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.

Other reports state that the Vivo X200 Pro Mini’s chip will pair with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Vivo V3 chip will power the device’s rear camera setup. It will also come with an IP68 rating, making it resistant to dust and water. The X200 Pro Mini will be available in several color options, including White Moonlight, Night Black, Pink, and Green.
