Nubia is teasing the upcoming launch of its Red Magic 10 Pro series smartphones, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The series is expected to include two models, Red Magic 10 Pro, and 10 Pro+. Ahead of the launch, one of these models has surfaced on the Geekbench database.
The device, listed under model number NX789J, is expected to be the standard Red Magic 10 Pro. This follows Nubia’s numbering trend, as the previous Red Magic 9 Pro has the model number NX769J.

On Geekbench, the device scored 3,167 points in the single-core test and 10,081 in the multi-core test. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, with two prime cores clocked at 4.32GHz and six cores at 3.53GHz.
Red Magic 10 Pro Specifications (Expected)
As per reports, one of the most exciting features of the Red Magic 10 Pro series is that it will feature a new OLED panel developed in collaboration with BOE.
Nubia claims the 10 Pro series will have the “narrowest” borders yet, achieved through advanced COP packaging and SIP ultra-narrow bezel technology. The series will also deliver a true full-screen experience by incorporating an under-display camera.

Additionally, a recent teaser from the company hints that the phone will offer the “highest resolution in the history of the full screens,” although Nubia hasn’t clarified exactly what this entails.
Besides the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the devices are rumored to support ultra-fast 120W wired charging, reducing downtime for gamers. We are also expecting an Ultra variant of the phone, which may feature a 7-inch+ display and a 7,000mAh battery.
On the design front, a leaked image on Weibo shows that the Red Magic 10 Pro series may depart from its predecessor’s flat-back design, opting instead for a slightly raised camera bump, possibly indicating improved camera capabilities.
