Repairs are free for devices under warranty, provided they meet warranty conditions. Realme also offers fixed-price repair promotions at various times, allowing customers to enjoy reduced costs for non-warranty repairs. For example, Realme may offer discounted rates for battery replacements. In such cases, defective parts are returned to Realme upon repair.

The Realme GT7 Pro stands out as the first device to include an Eco² Sky Screen, achieving a global peak brightness of 2,000 nits, and pioneering a non-polarized natural light eye protection technology. The phone’s display, which is a customized Samsung panel, is aimed at providing vibrant visuals with minimized eye strain.

Performance-wise, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, delivering enhanced processing speeds, advanced graphics capabilities, and optimized power efficiency. Additionally, Realme has collaborated with battery maker CATL to develop the “Titan Battery,” a robust 6,500mAh battery that supports 120W light-speed charging, promising extended battery life and fast charging for users who are frequently on the go.
