iQOO recently revealed its plans to launch the flagship iQOO 13 smartphone in the global market, starting with India sometime in December. Now, in a new teaser, the brand has confirmed that the smartphone will be launching in India on December 3 as an Amazon Specials product.
The Amazon landing page for the iQOO 13 highlights several key specifications, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a Q2 supercomputing chip supporting 144fps game frame interpolation and 2K super-resolution, and a 2K LTPO AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. In China, the iQOO 13 is available in four colors: white, green, black, and grey. In India, the device is expected to launch in white (called the Legend Edition) and grey.
As for other specifications, so far it looks like the iQOO 13 Indian model will be using the exact same hardware as the recently launched Chinese variant.
iQOO 13 (Chinese model) specs
The iQOO 13 features a 6.78-inch Quad HD+ curved BOE Q10 LTPO AMOLED display with a 3168×1440 resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. It supports HDR10+, a 144Hz refresh rate, over 1.07 billion colors, the DCI-P3 color gamut, and peak brightness up to 4500 nits, with 1800 nits in HBM mode and 2592Hz PWM dimming.
Powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 8 Elite 3nm processor and Adreno 830 GPU, it offers 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB (UFS 4.0). It runs Android 15, with OriginOS 5.0 for China and Funtouch OS 15 globally, and supports dual SIM (nano + nano).
The triple rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor (1/1.49″ Sony IMX921) with f/1.88 aperture, OIS, and LED flash, a 50MP ultra-wide (150° field of view, f/2.0), and a 50MP telephoto lens (119.4° field of view, f/1.85, IMX816 sensor) offering up to 4x lossless zoom with OIS. The front camera is 32MP with an f/2.45 aperture.
It includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, USB Type-C audio, stereo speakers, and Hi-Fi audio. It has IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance and a 6150mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
