The wait is over, and for some, it’s already over again. The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition, a special version designed in collaboration with its fanbase, sold out in just 15 minutes during its first and last online sale.

This unique glow-in-the-dark edition was limited to only 1,000 units, available exclusively to pre-registered customers on Nothing’s official website. With an overwhelming 19,000 registrations from 48 countries, demand for the Community Edition far exceeded supply, and stock was gone within minutes.

For those who missed out, there’s still hope. A limited number of Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition devices will be available at a “limited drop” event at the Nothing Store Soho in London on Saturday, November 16, starting at 11:00 AM local time—offering one last chance to grab this highly sought-after phone.

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition Specifications

The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Community Edition features a 6.7-inch FHD+ flexible OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and HDR10+ certification.

Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro processor, it includes 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Its camera setup includes a 50MP Samsung GN9 main camera with a 1/1.57″ sensor, f/1.88 aperture, and OIS, plus a 50MP 114° Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera with a 1/2.76″ sensor and f/2.2 aperture, capable of 4K video at up to 30fps.

A front-facing 50MP Samsung JN1 camera with a 1/2.76″ sensor, f/2.4 aperture, and 4K recording at up to 30fps completes the camera suite.

Additional features include an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C audio, and stereo speakers. The phone measures 161.74 x 76.32 x 8.55mm, weighs 190g, and has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. Its 5000mAh battery supports 50W wired charging for quick power-ups.

Perhaps most surprisingly, the Community Edition is priced the same as the standard Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, at Rs 29,999.
