Nubia is gearing up to unveil its latest flagship smartphone, the Z70 Ultra, in just two days. The company has been teasing key features of the device, particularly its impressive camera capabilities.

As per the latest teaser, the Z70 Ultra will feature a 50MP main camera with a variable aperture lens, ranging from f/1.59 to f/4.0. This innovative feature will allow for greater flexibility in various lighting conditions. Additionally, the phone will boast a 64MP telephoto lens with a wider aperture of f/2.48, enabling improved low-light performance and closer focus capabilities. The ultra-wide-angle camera has also been upgraded, offering a 122-degree field of view and a closer minimum focusing distance of 2.5cm.

For added convenience, the Z70 Ultra features a physical camera button, inspired by the Xperia 1 series, for a tactile and straightforward way to take photos without relying solely on software.

As per previous leaks and teasers, the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor will power the device, paired with 16GB of RAM. It will run Android 15, offering the latest software features and security updates. The device was recently spotted on Geekbench scoring 3203 in single-core and 10260 in multi-core performance.

The phone’s front will showcase a 6.85-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals and responsive touch performance. The display supports a peak brightness of 2000 nits, ensuring good visibility in bright environments, and uses under-display camera technology to create a truly full-screen viewing experience.
