iQOO, the smartphone brand that has been selling its devices exclusively online in India since its debut in 2020, is set to venture into the offline retail space starting this month. This move marks a significant shift in the brand’s strategy as it seeks to increase its presence and accessibility in the Indian market.

iQOO’s offline sales will begin through Vivo-exclusive stores and other retail channels, providing customers with the opportunity to experience the brand’s devices in person before making a purchase.

iQOO 13 and Xiaomi 15

The announcement regarding the offline availability of iQOO smartphones is expected at the iQOO 13 event in India on December 3rd. This move will complement the brand’s already successful online sales, which have primarily been carried out through Amazon India.

With this development, iQOO fans will be able to visit nearby physical stores to check out the devices firsthand. iQOO’s active community, known as iQOO Connect, with over a million members, is likely to benefit from this expansion.

In a related development, Vivo, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary in India this year, is planning to open 10 flagship stores soon.

iQOO 13 will likely be the first iQOO device to hit the offline market in India

According to Gadgets 360, the phone is going to be priced similarly to the previous model, the iQOO 12. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and paired with iQOO’s second-generation SuperComputing Chip Q2, the iQOO 13 offers cutting-edge gaming capabilities, including more efficient operation of Game Super Resolution and Game frame interpolation, ensuring a sustained 120fps gameplay.

On the front, the phone features a large 6.82-inch 8T LTPO flat display, developed using BOE’s advanced Q10 luminous material. With an impressive 3168×1440 resolution, it supports a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and a rapid 300Hz touch sampling rate, perfect for gaming and fast-paced activities.

The phone will run Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15, which brings a host of improvements, including customizable icons, new system colors, and enhanced wallpapers. We have already experienced the Chinese version of the device, which you can also check out below.
