The G-Shock Urban Utility series watches by Casio have finally arrived in the US market after being launched in Japan last month. The series introduces four models that offer durable construction, and functionality while using eco-friendly materials.

G-Shock Urban Utility Series features
The series includes two models: the DW-5610UU and the GA-B2100LUU. Both feature bezels and bands made from biomass plastic, reflecting Casio’s commitment to sustainability.
The DW-5610UU, available in green and gray, highlights G-Shock’s classic design with a layered bezel, an inverted LCD display for better visibility in low light, and a Super Illuminator LED backlight.
The GA-B2100LUU, offered in beige and gray, provides a modern look with a dual-molded bezel and a lightweight, carbon-fiber-reinforced case for added durability and a sleek profile.

Both models are built to withstand tough conditions, featuring shock-resistant construction, Carbon Core Guard protection, and 200-meter water resistance, making them suitable for daily wear and outdoor activities.
These watches also include advanced features. Bluetooth connectivity syncs with the CASIO WATCHES app for automatic time updates, World Time in 300 cities, reminders, and a phone finder. Tough Solar technology powers the watches, with a power-saving mode extending battery life up to 18 months without solar exposure.
Pricing & availability
The GA-B2100LUU models are already listed on Casio’s US website without price tags. However, these watches are expected to be priced around $170. The DW-5610UU models, available in green and gray, are also expected to follow soon.
In other details, Casio has launched the G-Shock Flame Inside series in the US, featuring four models. The collection offers two colorways—Flame Orange and Flame Blue—representing intensity and resilience.
