Xiaomi has expanded the availability of its Bluetooth Speaker to Germany and Italy. After its initial listing on Xiaomi’s global website in July, the speaker was launched in the UK and France and is now accessible in additional European markets. It is priced at £49.99 or €79.99.

The Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker features a 5-unit acoustic system, delivering 360° omnidirectional audio with a peak output of 93dB. Its low-frequency passive units enhance bass, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The device includes a 4800mAh battery, offering up to 17 hours of playback on a single charge. It supports 22.5W fast charging via USB Type-C for quick recharges.

The speaker is tuned with Harman AudioEFX and Xiaomi’s Nightingale Algorithm for balanced and clear sound. Users can further adjust the audio profile using Xiaomi Audio ID.

It supports dual-device pairing and can connect two speakers for stereo sound or up to eight speakers for larger setups. Bluetooth 5.3 ensures a stable connection, and the LHDC 5.0 protocol provides high-quality audio transmission.

The speaker has an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, making it suitable for outdoor activities. Its scratch-resistant fabric body and rubberized base add to its durability. A hydrophobic coating protects it during light rain, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions.

The Xiaomi Bluetooth Speaker includes a 12-LED RGB strip with four preset lighting modes. These can be customized through the Mi Home app, offering a visual element to complement audio playback.

With HyperOS Connect, the speaker integrates seamlessly with other Xiaomi devices, making it a practical option for users within the Xiaomi ecosystem.

In other news, Xiaomi has also introduced the Smart Projector L1 Pro, offering 400 ISO lumens brightness, 1080p resolution, and 4K playback support. It offers flexible screen sizes (40–120 inches), a sealed optical engine for lasting quality, and easy setup with autofocus, keystone correction, and obstacle avoidance.
