Xiaomi has launched the MK71 Pro mechanical keyboard in the Chinese market. Crowdfunding begins today at 10 AM on Xiaomi Youpin, with a starting price of 449 yuan ($61). Let’s check out its key specs.

Xiaomi MK71 Pro Keyboard Specifications
The MK71 Pro features a compact and functional 71-key layout, designed to save desk space while providing all necessary functions and shortcuts. The keys are arranged with standard sizes and spacing, ensuring efficient and comfortable typing, even on a smaller footprint.
It comes with TTC custom linear switches, known as Xiaomi’s “First Gen Switches,” which offer a smooth and responsive typing experience. The keyboard is equipped with PORON material and GASKET soundproofing, ensuring soft keystrokes and reduced noise for a satisfying tactile feel. The large keys are stabilized with a precision satellite axis design, providing consistent feedback whether pressed at the edges or center.

The keyboard sports a hot-swappable design, allowing users to easily replace switches to customize their typing or gaming experience. It features three connectivity options: Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and wired, making it versatile for multi-device use. It boasts a 1000Hz polling rate in wired mode for ultra-responsive performance during gaming sessions.
The keyboard comes with a 1-inch LCD display that provides quick access to connection status, time, and customizable settings. It features a metallic rotary knob for easy adjustment of volume and RGB lighting. Additionally, the RGB backlighting system is fully customizable, enabling users to create unique and dynamic lighting effects to suit their style.
The keyboard is powered by a large 7800mAh battery, which features long-lasting endurance. The battery provides up to 70 hours of usage with RGB lighting or 140 hours with the lights turned off, eliminating frequent recharging concerns.
The keyboard sports a premium build with a fine matte finish and durable ABS keycaps. It features dual-color schemes, including Glacier White and Lunar Grey, adding a stylish and modern touch. It also equips a hidden receiver storage compartment and adjustable feet for ergonomic use.
