Ahead of CES 2025, LG Electronics has introduced its 2025 OLED evo lineup, featuring significant advancements in TV technology. The highlight of the series is the world’s first true wireless OLED evo M5, accompanied by the OLED evo G5 models, both designed to elevate home entertainment.

The new lineup is powered by LG’s latest α (Alpha) 11 AI Processor Gen2, which enhances picture quality with improved brightness, deeper blacks, and precise processing. The updated Brightness Booster Ultimate technology improves light control and utilizes advanced algorithms to achieve up to three times the peak brightness of standard OLED TVs, offering clearer details and vibrant visuals.
LG’s 2025 OLED evo TVs maintain excellent black levels and accurate color reproduction in all lighting conditions. The series is certified for 100% color fidelity and has earned recognition for quick brightness and color stability, ensuring optimal picture quality immediately upon startup.

New to the 2025 models is Filmmaker Mode with Ambient Light Compensation. This feature adjusts picture settings based on room lighting, maintaining the original cinematic intent across different viewing environments.
For gamers, LG offers cutting-edge features such as 4K 165Hz Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), supported by NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium certifications. The lineup also includes ClearMR 10000 certification by VESA, ensuring smooth motion for fast-paced gaming and action sequences.
The α11 AI Processor Gen2 further enhances low-resolution content and refines HDR10 images with Dynamic Tone Mapping Professional, ensuring precise color and detail across various environments. AI Sound Pro complements the visuals with immersive 11.1.2-channel surround sound, adjusting settings to match user preferences.
Personalization features include AI Voice ID, tailored recommendations, and the Generative Image Gallery, which allows users to create custom backgrounds with voice commands. The updated webOS interface simplifies navigation and integrates with IoT ecosystems for seamless control.
The OLED evo M5 introduces wireless audio and video transmission at 4K 144Hz, certified by NVIDIA G-SYNC for smooth performance. This innovation extends to select QNED models.
Visitors to CES 2025 can explore the new TV lineup in person from January 7-10 at LG’s booth. The TVs are expected to launch later this year, with pricing details anticipated around that time.
