However, its price has been reduced during the ongoing Republic Day Sale on various e-commerce platforms in India, leaving early buyers disappointed. Realme has addressed buyer concerns by announcing a compensation plan for eligible customers. The initiative aims to ensure consistent value for all buyers of the flagship smartphone.
Compensation Eligibility and Process
Customers who purchased and activated the Realme GT 7 Pro before January 13, 2025, via Realme’s official website, Amazon, or offline stores are eligible. Compensation requests can be submitted between January 13 and January 21, 2025. Eligible customers will receive a ₹3,000 coupon, credited to their Realme official website account by January 24, 2025.
