OnePlus Ace 2 has received a new update in the form of ColorOS 15.0.0.400 in China. This update brings a slew of improvements, including new photography tools, enhanced connectivity features, and optimizations for smoother performance.

What’s new in this update?
The update introduces three new film-style filters for Photo and Portrait modes: Fresh, Retro, and Transparent. These filters are designed to provide users with a more artistic and dynamic shooting experience, enabling them to capture moments with added depth and style.
The update also brings Fluid Cloud support to the OnePlus Ace 2, offering real-time, visually enhanced charging and flashlight status updates. It also revamps the Calendar app with new cards for tracking birthdays, anniversaries, and countdowns, adding convenience and personalization to daily planning.
Connectivity has also been improved with enhanced wireless stability and compatibility for a more reliable experience. The update fixes system issues, including missing app icons, glitches in cloned apps, and the absence of the Gaussian blur effect in dynamic wallpapers when accessing recent tasks.
System performance also sees significant enhancements with this update. It promises improved smoothness by tackling lag in specific scenarios, better stability, and longer battery life. These changes are designed to optimize the overall user experience, making the OnePlus Ace 2 feel more responsive and reliable during daily use.
