The model is available in Rouge Red, a color that debuted with the device’s initial launch last year. This version features entirely new packaging, decorated with festive greetings that pay homage to the traditional colors of the Lunar New Year. Additionally, the device benefits from China’s new national subsidy policy, which offers a 15% discount on devices up to 6,000 yuan ($828).

Initially priced at 4,999 yuan ($690), it is now available for 4,499 yuan ($621), thanks to a 500 yuan ($69) subsidy. To make the deal even more appealing, Xiaomi is including 1,000 sets of double movie tickets with each purchase, combining high-tech performance with significant festive value.

This high-end model offers 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, exclusively available through Xiaomi Mall. Customers can personalize their device with an extensive range of customization options, choosing from 20 colors and 40 different combinations to make their phone uniquely suited to their preferences.

In terms of specs, the Xiaomi 15 features a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED LTPO display with up to 3200 nits brightness and a 1-120Hz refresh rate. It also boasts a flat aviation-grade aluminum frame, a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, up to 16GB RAM, and advanced cooling technology.

The device includes a triple rear camera setup with 50MP sensors, all equipped with Leica lenses, and supports enhanced computational photography. Additionally, the device features a 5400mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging, a durable build with an IP68 rating.

According to reports, the 15 series has been a major success in the Chinese market, achieving over 2 million sales and dominating the premium smartphone segment, ahead of competitors such as Huawei’s Mate 70 series.
