Thunderobot Aura AR Smart Glasses Specifications

The Aura AR smart glasses are designed to blend entertainment, productivity, and immersive visuals in a lightweight, 79-gram design. This makes them comfortable for prolonged wear without causing strain.

The glasses sport a 150-inch virtual screen projection with a 46° field of view for a cinematic experience. It features BOE’s advanced Micro OLED technology, equipping the device with a dual-eye resolution of 3840 x 1080 pixels and a brightness of 600 nits for sharp, vivid visuals. Additionally, it comes with 98% sRGB coverage and 8-bit color depth, ensuring colors are lifelike and accurately calibrated for an immersive viewing experience.

The Aura also comes with self-developed high-fidelity audio technology and stereo full-range speakers with directional sound. This ensures an immersive audio experience while minimizing sound leakage for privacy in public settings. The frequency response range of 20-20,000 Hz ensures balanced audio performance across all frequencies.

The glasses feature an adjustable diopter range from 0 to 600 degrees, allowing myopic users to enjoy clear visuals without prescription glasses. It also sports a 60Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time, ensuring smooth, lag-free gaming and video playback.

In terms of connectivity, the glasses are highly versatile, featuring a Type-C port that supports DP 1.2 and USB 2.0. This makes them compatible with a broad array of devices including smartphones, laptops, gaming consoles (like the Switch, PS5, and Xbox), drones, and handheld gaming devices. For optimal gaming performance, a HUB/HDMI adapter may be needed for certain setups.

Earlier this month, Thunderobot also launched two new gaming monitors: a 31.5-inch 4K 165Hz OLED model featuring a Samsung QD-OLED panel, and a 27-inch 2K 210Hz monitor with a Fast-IPS panel and 400 nits brightness.
