Casio’s G-SHOCK has released a new color series in its MASTER OF G lineup, featuring a combination of yellow and black. The series includes three models: the Gravitymaster GR-B300, Mudman GW-9500, and Rangeman GPR-H1000, all of which were launched in the past two years. Pre-orders for these models will begin on February 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM.
The Gravitymaster GR-B300RY-1A9JF will be priced at ¥49,500 (US$321). It features a durable resin bezel, Bluetooth connectivity, and solar charging, making it a practical choice for demanding environments. The Mudman GW-9500RY-1A9JF will retail for ¥64,900 (US$421) and includes a dual-layer LCD digital compass along with a mud-resistant structure, reinforcing its suitability for extreme conditions. The Rangeman GPR-H1000RY-1A9JF, the most advanced model in this release, will be available for ¥73,700 (US$478). It includes GPS navigation, a mud-resistant design, a high-altitude barometer, and a MIP LCD display for improved readability. If it follows the feature set of other Rangeman models, it is expected to include a heart rate monitor.
These watches are built for tough conditions, offering both durability and advanced features. G-SHOCK color models often sell out quickly, with production sometimes ending within a few months, so interested buyers should consider pre-ordering. The models will be available for pre-order on Yahoo! Shopping, Rakuten, and Amazon starting February 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM.
In other news, Casio is also preparing to launch a limited-edition Barbie-themed G-Shock watch (GMA-S110BE series) in February. Jebsen, an authorized Casio retailer in Hong Kong, has confirmed the lineup and announced a draw for purchases starting February 10th. The GMA-S110BE-4A model features a pink design with Barbie branding and a heart-shaped detail on the speed indicator dial.
