Nu Republic has officially announced new wireless headphones in the Indian market. The model in question is the Starboy 6, which brings a gamer inspired aesthetic thanks to LED lighting for an affordable price tag. So here are all the details.
Nu Republic Starboy 6 Specs
The company announced the Starboy 6 a design that is built to offer comfort and a snug fit. It also features a premium vegan leather finish for the earcups and the headphones weigh just 240 grams. The ergonomic design also includes LED lighting as well. The Nu Republic Starboy 6 houses 40mm neodymium drivers with X-Bass technology for deeper bass. There is also a dual mode dedicated to Music and Gaming.
In the Game mode, the latency drops to just 42ms. For an improved calling experience, the Starboy 6 features ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation). This will also come in handy to players for in-game communications and for those who stream online. On a single full charge, the wireless headphones offer up to 30 hours of battery life. Nu Republic’s latest hearables support dual pairing for seamless switching between connected devices. You also get buttons for basic controls of the headphones.
Pricing and Availability
Nu Republic announced the Starboy 6 wireless headphones in a single color option and 6 months warranty. It has a price tag of 2,499 INR with sales kicking off today (13th February 2025). You can purchase these from the brand’s official website. A couple of months ago, the company also announced the Cyberstud X7 ANC TWS with RGB LED design.
