Acerpure India has launched the Chef 2-in-1 Flip Air Fryer, targeting urban households and small kitchens. Priced at ₹10,990, the appliance merges air frying, grilling, and hot pot functions into a single unit.

The device utilizes 360° Turboheat Air Fry Technology, which Acerpure claims reduces oil consumption by up to 80% compared to traditional deep frying. This claim is based on laboratory tests conducted using frozen fries. The Chef boasts a 5.5L air fryer basket and a 2.5L cooking pot, accommodating a range of culinary needs from snacks to complete meals. Users can adjust temperatures between 80–200°C for air frying and 80–220°C for the pot function. Five preset modes—frying, meat, seafood, baking, and vegetables—are available, and controlled via an LED touch panel.
A flip mechanism, tested over 3,000 times to ensure durability, prevents food residue buildup. The air fryer’s borosilicate glass basket resists odors, while the nonstick pot eases cleaning. Safety certifications from Germany’s LFGB and the U.S. FDA confirm compliance with health standards.
The package includes a pot lid, silicone clip, heat-resistant gloves, and a 1.2-meter power cord. Weighing 5.8 kg, the appliance operates at 1500W and measures 31 x 33 x 30 cm in air fry mode.
