The smartphone maker’s latest product is the 40Y1V QLED TV which sports a 40-inch panel as the name suggests. It has a Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080p), a 60Hz refresh rate, 300 nits of peak brightness, and a near bezel less display. Infinix promises to offer sharp visuals with deep contrast with this new QLED TV. For audio, there is a dual 16W stereo speaker setup, which supports Dolby Audio for a more immersive audio-visual experience.
Under the hood, the Infinix 40Y1V QLED TV is equipped with a quad core CPU and a Mali-G31 GPU. This allows for an improved user experience while running the apps or navigating the UI. The chipset is paired with 4GB of internal storage that houses popular streaming platforms like Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, JioHotstar, Sony Liv, and more. Connectivity options include two HDMI ports, two USB, LAN port, built-in WiFi, an RF port, an AV in port for older devices, a 3.5mm audio jack, and digital optical audio support.
Pricing and Availability
The Infinix 40Y1V QLED TV has just been unveiled in India for an introductory price tag of just 13,999 INR. So the price might see a slight bump after the initial release, but it is easily one of the most affordable QLED TVs out there. The company will kick off the first sale of the smart TV on 1st March 2025 from authorized retailers and popular e-commerce platforms. This launch arrives a few weeks after the brand launched the Infinix Smart 9 HD in the region.
