Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has shared a fresh leak that hints at the display specifications of an upcoming iQOO 15 series device. While the tipster has not explicitly mentioned whether it pertains to the standard iQOO 15 or the Pro variant, the size of the panel suggests it could be the latter. The leak offers insight into the screen technology and potential enhancements over previous models.
iQOO 15 Pro display specifications (rumored)

Several Chinese tech bloggers have recently claimed that flagship phones launching by the end of this year will incorporate displays manufactured by Samsung. The latest leak indicates that the iQOO 15 Pro may feature a flat 6.85-inch 2K LTPO OLED display, likely sourced from Samsung Display. The panel is also expected to incorporate LIPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) technology, which could improve power efficiency and overall display performance.
This aligns with an earlier claim by tipster Smart Pikachu, who had suggested that the Pro model would come with a flat OLED panel offering 2K resolution, eye protection features, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
Apart from display advancements, the previous leak also hinted at a 7,000mAh battery, which would be one of the largest in an iQOO flagship. Additionally, the device is expected to include a periscope telephoto camera, though specific details about its optical zoom capabilities remain unknown. The series is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, which is set to debut in October 2025.
iQOO 15 series to feature two models
The iQOO 15 series is expected to consist of two models— a standard iQOO 15 and the iQOO 15 Pro. This marks a shift from the previous generation, where only one model was released. Reports also suggest that iQOO may skip the “iQOO 14” moniker due to cultural superstitions around the number 4 in some Asian markets.
