MediaTek is reportedly gearing up to launch the Dimensity 9400+ chipset on April 11—just over a month from now. According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the chip’s prime Cortex-X925 core will be overclocked to 3.7GHz, up from 3.62GHz on the standard Dimensity 9400.

A new leak from the same source suggests that Vivo has multiple upcoming devices lined up with the Dimensity 9400+, potentially starting with the X200s.

As for the X200s itself, the latest leak claims it will feature a 1.5K display and a triple-camera setup with three 50MP sensors, including a telephoto lens with macro support. The phone is also said to offer wireless charging and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

In the comments, the tipster clarified that there won’t be an X200s Pro this year. That leaves room for other Vivo phones, potentially under its sub-brand iQOO, which is expected to launch the Neo 10s Pro+ with the same chipset.

As for the Vivo X200s, Digital Chat Station didn’t reveal a launch timeframe. However, if Vivo follows its usual release pattern, the phone could debut around six months after the X200, which was announced in October 2024. That means an April 2025 launch in China is likely.

There’s also speculation that Vivo could unveil the X200 Ultra alongside it, though there’s no confirmation on whether the company plans to release “S” versions of the X200 Pro or X200 Pro Mini.

Beyond Vivo, the Dimensity 9400+ is rumored to power at least two other phones from different brands. A separate leak last month also hinted at a Redmi tablet featuring MediaTek’s upcoming chipset.
