Xiaomi recently launched the Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro tablets in the global market at the recent MWC 2025 event held in Barcelona. The brand is expected to launch a few more tablets later in the lineup. A recent report revealed the existence of an alleged Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro, and now it looks like the first OLED Xiaomi tablet will also be arriving soon.

Leaks from China suggest a 14-inch OLED model, tentatively dubbed the Pad 7 Max, could debut as early as next month. The Pad 7 Max is speculated to be the successor to 2023’s LCD-based Pad 6 Max 14. It was previously tipped to feature up to 24GB of RAM and 120W fast charging. Beyond this, Xiaomi reportedly has two additional tablets in development: a flagship model codenamed with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and OLED display (likely branded Pad 7S Pro or Pad 7 Ultra) and an 8-inch Redmi gaming tablet powered by MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9400+.
