Nothing’s job listing highlights that the selected individuals will spend 12 to 18 months in London before transitioning to their respective regions. This period in the UK will allow them to deeply understand the company’s operations, culture, and strategic vision. For the US role, the company is searching for a candidate with a STEM background, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics, along with approximately five years of experience in a growth-focused role, be it in product, marketing, or business development. The ideal applicant must be a US citizen or green card holder and should be obsessed with selling products through innovative strategies. Responsibilities include scaling Nothing’s direct-to-consumer business, driving user engagement, optimizing conversion rates, and working closely with the CEO to solidify Nothing’s market presence in the US.

For the India-based role, Nothing seeks an individual with a strong investment banking background, preferably from a top-tier university, who possesses excellent analytical skills. The role will focus on analyzing business performance, tracking key metrics, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring smooth on-ground operations. This candidate must be capable of making data-driven decisions that impact Nothing’s expansion in India.
