Realme has confirmed the launch of its P3 Ultra 5G and P3 5G smartphones in India on March 19. Both models focus on design and performance and will be sold through Realme’s website and Flipkart. Ahead of the launch, the brand has shared some key details about the device through teasers.
As per the recent teaser, the P3 Ultra 5G has a glow-in-the-dark “Lunar Design” back panel that changes color and gives off a green glow in low light. The back is textured to resemble lunar soil and has reflective particles added through the “Starlight Ink Process.” It comes in vegan leather finishes (Orion Red, Neptune Blue), measures 7.38mm thick, and weighs 183g. Realme claims it is India’s slimmest quad-curved phone.
Previous teasers have confirmed that the P3 Ultra runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultra chipset with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone supports 90fps gaming with a 2500Hz touch sampling rate and has a 6,000mAh battery with 80W charging. Other features include a 6050mm² cooling system and 4K 60fps video recording.
The P3 5G has a “Space Design” back panel with a 3D texture made using nano-scale photolithography. It features a bright orange power button and comes in Space Silver, Comet Grey, and Nebula Pink. Key features include a 120Hz AMOLED display with 2,000 nits peak brightness, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, a 6,000mAh battery with 45W charging, an IP69 rating, and an aerospace-grade cooling system. The device may share hardware with the recently launched Realme Neo 7x 5G.
Although pricing details are yet to be confirmed, the P3 Ultra is likely to be priced under Rs 30,000, while the P3 may be available for around Rs 20,000.
