System Improvements

The update adds more Home screen customization options, including the ability to rename app groups with a long press, resize folders (1×2 or 2×1), and adjust third-party widget sizes under Settings > Home screen & Lock screen. The dock now supports five apps, even with a four-app row layout. Shelf widgets for Zomato and Blinkit provide clearer app status updates, and Spotify controls in Live Alerts have been improved. Notifications and Quick Settings animations are now smoother. The update also includes the March 2025 Android security patch.

Security Updates

The privacy password reset process has been updated to allow account linking. If a password is forgotten, users can reset it through account recovery to regain access to private data.

Connectivity Improvements

Wi-Fi network switching and mobile data roaming have been optimized for better reliability. Bluetooth headphone compatibility has also been improved.

Rollout & Feedback

The update is rolling out first in India, with content varying by region. Indian users can report issues through the OnePlus Community App (Bug Report section) or by dialing #800#.

Since the update is being released gradually, OnePlus advises users to watch for system update notifications. No timeline for a global release has been provided.
