System Changes
Users can now adjust home screen folders to 1×2 or 2×1 sizes by dragging them. The dock supports five apps even when the home screen is set to four apps per row. Animations for notifications and Quick Settings have been refined for smoother performance, and Spotify’s Live Alerts music controls are updated. The March 2025 Android security patch is also included.

Privacy Adjustments
The process to reset a forgotten privacy password now allows linking it to a OnePlus account. If the password is lost, users can reset it via their account to access private data.

The update is being distributed in stages, starting with a small group of users. A wider release will follow after initial testing. Indian users can report issues through the “Bug Report” section in the OnePlus Community App or by dialing *#800# to use the feedback tool. Users can check for updates by going to Settings > System > System Update.

In other news, OnePlus has announced that the OnePlus 13T will launch in China this month as a compact flagship. It is expected to feature a 6.3-inch 1.5K display, a 6,200mAh battery with 80W fast charging, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
