Realme is working on two versions of the Realme GT 7 — one for the Chinese market with model number RMX6688 and another for the global market with model number RMX5061. The Geekbench listing of the Chinese edition has confirmed it is equipped with the Dimensity 9400 Plus chip and 16GB of RAM. Now, the global version of the device has also surfaced on the same benchmarking platform, revealing key details about its core specifications.
Realme GT 7’s global version on Geekbench

The Geekbench listing reveals that the Realme GT 7’s global version (RMX5061) will feature the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset. While the listing does not explicitly mention the name of the chip, the CPU and GPU details that surfaced are enough to confirm that it has the said chipset onboard.
The Realme GT 7’s Geekbench listing further reveals it has 12GB of RAM and runs on Android 15. In the single-core test of Geekbench 6, the device scored 2076 points, and it achieved 7037 points in the multi-core test.
According to a previous leak, the Indian variant of the device — which will have the same RMX5061 model number, will be available in a single 12GB + 512GB version. It is said to support 1 (likely referring to a SIM or connectivity feature). The device will be offered in blue and black options. The leak also revealed that it will offer connectivity features like NFC and INT (intercom functionality).

The inclusion of the Dimensity 9300 Plus chip suggests that the Realme GT 7 will be a rechristened version of China’s Realme Neo 7. Therefore, the GT 7 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED 1.5K 120Hz screen, a 7,000mAh battery with 100W charging, a 16-megapixel front camera, and an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera setup.
