Red Magic 10 Air (Chinese model) features

The Red Magic 10 Air will likely be identical to its recently launched Chinese counterpart. The Chinese model features a 6.8-inch BOE OLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 93.7% screen-to-body ratio. It hits 1600 nits peak brightness, supports 10-bit color, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and uses 2160Hz PWM dimming paired with DC dimming to reduce eye strain. For gamers, the 2000Hz touch sampling rate (via Magic Touch tech) claims 20% faster response times. At 7.85mm thick, it’s Nubia’s thinnest gaming phone, with flat 2.5D edges and symmetrical weight distribution for grip.

Under the hood, it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and a custom Red Core R3 chip that adjusts in-game audio, vibration, and RGB lighting in real time. Configurations include up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. Cooling relies on the Composite Liquid Metal 2.0 system, which combines a 3D vapor chamber, graphite sheets, and phase-change materials.

The phone runs Red Magic OS 10 (based on Android 15) with gaming tools like Crosshair Assist, Recon Mode, and Motion Control. Cameras include dual 50MP rear sensors (wide + ultra-wide) and a 16MP under-display front camera with Portrait Algorithm 4.0.

A 6000mAh battery supports 80W fast charging (0-100% in 35 minutes) and bypass charging to reduce heat during plugged-in gaming. Additional features: stereo speakers, X-axis vibration motors, in-display fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, USB-C, and 520Hz dual shoulder triggers with sweat-proof coating. Nubia will announce global pricing and availability on April 23.
