Honor recently confirmed May 22, 2025, to be the launch date for the global launch of its mid-range Honor 400 series smartphones. The series will include two models, the vanilla Honor 400 and the Honor 400 Pro. Ahead of the launch, the brand has released a new teaser video, confirming a key feature of the Honor 400 Pro.

As per the teaser video, the 400 Series models will feature a 200MP AI camera, which will likely be a major upgrade over the 50MP primary camera present on its predecessors. A previous teaser revealed the complete back design of both models, revealing two cameras for the vanilla model and a triple camera setup for the Pro model.

Other specifications have yet to be confirmed, however, leaks have claimed that the Honor 400 will come with a 6.55-inch 1.5K AMOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. It is said to run on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset with 8GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB and 512GB. Its camera setup includes a 200MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP front camera. The phone is backed by a 5,300mAh battery with 66W fast charging and is expected to retail at €499.

The 400 Pro model, on the other hand, will feature a larger 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It could come with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The rear camera system features a 200MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide. A 50MP selfie camera with a depth sensor completes the setup. It also includes IP68/IP69 protection, a 5,300mAh battery, and supports 100W fast charging. The Pro model is expected to be priced near the €799 mark.
