The Y300 GT comes with a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display that offers a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and supports a peak refresh rate of 144Hz. It delivers a pixel density of 452PPI and supports P3 color gamut and DC dimming across all brightness levels. For eye protection, the panel is SGS-certified for low blue light and flicker reduction.

A front 16-megapixel camera is housed in the centred punch-hole cut-out. At the back, the device features a 50-megapixel primary camera along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone runs Android 15 with OriginOS 5 layered on top.

Under the hood, the Y300 GT is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset based on the TSMC 4nm process. It comes in configurations of up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The highlight is its 7620mAh ultra-thin battery, the largest ever in a Vivo phone. It supports 90W charging and features a direct power supply mode that reduces heating and wear during high-load usage like gaming or video streaming.

Other features of Vivo Y300 GT include an infrared blaster, dual-frequency GPS, triple-frequency BeiDou, full-featured NFC, and a special “wet hand touch” mode for outdoor use. The phone is built with military-grade durability, using high-resilience materials and comprehensive waterproofing.

Vivo Y300 GT price and availability

In China, the Vivo Y300 GT is priced at 1,899 Yuan (~$262) for the 8GB + 256GB variant, 2,099 Yuan (~$290) for the 12GB + 256GB option, and 2,399 Yuan (~$331) for the 12GB + 512GB configuration. It is available in multiple colour options, including Storm Purple and Black Crystal.
