Samsung has quietly introduced a significant update to its home appliance portfolio in India. As per the company’s latest announcement, it has now extended Bespoke AI technology to its top-load washing machines, following strong consumer interest in the front-load models.
AI-powered features arrive in top-load models
The new series includes top-load machines in 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, and 14kg capacities, aimed at making laundry care more intuitive and efficient. The washers come in stylish colors like Black Caviar, Lavender Gray, Deep Charcoal, and Brushed Navy, designed to complement modern interiors. These machines feature AI Wash with a three-step sensing system that determines fabric type and load weight to fine-tune the washing cycle. This includes optimizing water levels, wash intensity, and rinse duration, offering up to 25% better fabric care.
Additional features include Eco Bubble technology for gentler washing, Hygiene Steam for eliminating 99.9% of bacteria, and Super Speed cycles that complete in just 29 minutes. Stain Wash uses warm or hot water to remove sweat and everyday marks at 40°C. AI Energy Mode helps reduce power use by up to 20% and provides detailed tracking of electricity consumption via the SmartThings app.
The machines come with AI VRT+ tech that adapts to the floor type and minimizes noise during operation. Users can control cycles remotely, access Bixby voice support, and manage maintenance through SmartThings. These models also feature Samsung’s Digital Inverter Technology (DIT), which ensures quieter operation and longevity, backed by a 20-year motor warranty.
Prices start from Rs 24,490 and the range is available via Samsung retail outlets, Samsung.com, Samsung Shop App, and major e-commerce platforms.
