Oppo appears to be preparing the launch of a budget-friendly K-series 5G smartphone for the Indian market. This phone will be positioned lower the Oppo K13 5G, which debuted last month with impressive specs such as 120Hz OLED display, a Snapdragon 6-series chip, a 7,000mAh battery with 80W charging. According to information that has surfaced on the Google Play Console and Google Supported Devices, the upcoming Oppo K13x 5G may essentially be a renamed version of the Oppo A5 5G. These listings offer a glimpse into what the device may offer when it goes official.
Oppo K13x 5G and Oppo A5 5G could be same phones for different markets

The Oppo K13x has been spotted with model number CPH2753, whereas the Oppo A5 5G carries the model number CPH2735. Despite this difference, both phones share the same internal codename – OP5EF7L1 – strongly indicating that these are essentially identical devices, rebranded for different regions. The Oppo A5 5G has released globally, while the Oppo K13x may be the India-bound version.

According to the Google Play Console, the K13x 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (MT6835) chipset and features 4GB of RAM. It runs Android 15 out of the box and supports an HD+ resolution display.
If it mirrors the Oppo A5 5G in full, the K13x will also come with a 50-megapixel primary camera, accompanied by a 2-megapixel secondary lens. For selfies and video calls, users may get an 8-megapixel front camera. The device is also likely to pack a massive 6,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.
The Oppo K13x is likely to cost around Rs 13,000 like its predecessor, the Oppo K12x, which debuted in July 2024.
