The video reveals the update progressing smoothly until 60%, when a thin green line appeared, thickening as the installation continued. The user, who recorded the incident live, later shared images of the prominent line, a defect often rendering displays unusable. Seeking help, they approached Samsung Support, but the service center declined a free replacement, quoting ₹17,000 (~$200) for repairs—almost half the phone’s current price tag.
