The news arrives from tipster Tarun Vats, who shared the information on X (formerly Twitter). As of right now, it appears that the Android 16 based beta update is rolling out for Galaxy S25 owners in select regions, namely India and Poland. Looking at the tweet shared by the tipster, the One UI 8 Beta for the Galaxy S25 carries the S938BXXU4ZYF3/S938BOXM4ZYF3/S938BXXU4BYF3 build versions. Samsung’s latest One UI 8 Beta is set to bring upgrades to the Galaxy AI, allowing the Galaxy devices to analyze what’s on your screen or what the camera sees. Furthermore, the Now Bar and Now Brief are also on the way along with the option to make AI processes locally on the Galaxy phones.

Among the other new features, there is also audio sharing stream via Bluetooth LE audio thanks to QR codes (supported on Galaxy Buds), quicker registration and access to repair support via QR codes and NFC from the Samsung account. The UI is getting updates as well with a new Quick Share option from the Quick Settings panel for faster file sharing.
