Xiaomi has unveiled the Xiaomi Sound Party, a new portable speaker listed on its global website, signaling an imminent international launch. While pricing and regional availability are yet to be confirmed, the product targets users seeking powerful sound in a portable, party-ready design.

The Sound Party delivers a total output of 50W, combining a 15W tweeter and 35W woofer. It also includes a Bass Boost mode and Harman AudioEFX tuning, promising a wide soundstage and deeper bass. The speaker is equipped with a 7.3V, 5200mAh lithium-ion battery, delivering up to 26 hours of playback at 50% volume with lighting and bass boost turned off.

Designed for portability, the Sound Party weighs approximately 1.2 kg and features a hidden handle. Its IP67 rating offers resistance to dust and water, making it suitable for outdoor use. The 3D ambient “time tunnel” lighting syncs with music, enhancing visual appeal during events.

For stereo sound, the speaker supports TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode, allowing two units to pair as left and right channels. It also supports Party Connect, enabling synchronised playback across up to 100 units.
Connectivity is powered by Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC support (for Android 8.1+), offering quick and stable pairing. The speaker also includes a built-in microphone for hands-free calls and a USB-C port that supports PD fast charging. A 10-minute charge can yield up to 2 hours of playtime, and the device can function as a power bank with a maximum output of 15W. The speaker comes in black with orange accents and measures 255 x 92 x 92 mm.
