ViewSonic has announced a new 24.5-inch gaming monitor, the VX25G26, in the Chinese market. The monitor is priced at 1099 yuan ($153) and is now available on JD.com. Let’s check out its key specs.

ViewSonic VX25G26 Monitor Specifications
The VX25G26 uses a Fast IPS panel with a resolution of 2560×1440. It delivers a pixel density of around 120 PPI, providing sharp and clear images suitable for competitive gaming. The screen supports an overclocked refresh rate of up to 250Hz and has a 1ms GTG response time, enabling smooth motion performance in fast-paced games.
The monitor supports HDR and reaches up to 450 nits of brightness. It covers 100% of the sRGB color space and 90% of DCI-P3, which helps produce accurate and vivid colors. It is compatible with both AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync technologies to reduce screen tearing and stuttering during gameplay.
ViewSonic has equipped the VX25G26 with hardware-level low blue light technology that reduces blue light emissions to under 40% without distorting color balance. The screen also supports DC dimming, which eliminates flicker and improves comfort during long viewing sessions.
The monitor offers two HDMI 2.1 ports and two DisplayPort 1.4 inputs. HDMI supports up to 144Hz at QHD resolution, while DisplayPort enables the full 250Hz in overclocked mode. It also features a built-in power supply, removing the need for an external brick and helping maintain a tidy desktop setup.
The VX25G26 monitor adopts a three-sided narrow-bezel design that maximizes screen space while maintaining a sleek profile. It rests on a metal ultra-thin stand, contributing to the monitor’s minimal footprint.
For user control, it integrates a five-way joystick that simplifies on-screen menu navigation. Around the back, a distinctive RGB ambient light shaped like a “G” reinforces the monitor’s gaming-centric appeal.
In related news, Gigabyte has introduced a new 4K 240Hz QD-OLED gaming monitor with AI-powered OLED care priced under $900, alongside a budget-friendly 2K QD-OLED model with a 240Hz refresh rate and a full feature set.
