Audio-Technica has launched its new ATH-CKS50TW2 true wireless earbuds across Europe. The updated model builds on its predecessor with longer battery life, improved features, and user-friendly enhancements.

Audio Technica ATH-CKS50TW2 features
The ATH-CKS50TW2 delivers up to 65 hours of total playback—25 hours from the earbuds and 40 additional hours from the charging case. Even with active noise cancelling enabled, the earbuds offer 15 hours of use, with another 25 hours from the case. A quick 5-minute charge gives up to 90 minutes of playback.

A key new feature is the Magnetic Switch technology, which powers the earbuds on or off by simply joining or separating their built-in magnets. This allows users to conserve power without needing the charging case.
The hybrid noise-cancelling system combines feedforward and feedback processing to block ambient sound. Hear-through and talk-through modes support situational awareness during playback and calls. These functions are also active during voice calls, helping users hear clearly and monitor their own voice in noisy environments.

The ATH-CKS50TW2 is equipped with 9 mm custom-designed drivers that produce clear audio with extended bass. Beamforming dual MEMS microphones support crystal-clear call quality. The earbuds support Bluetooth LE Audio, LC3 codec, and multipoint pairing.
Additional features include low-latency mode for synchronized audio and video, Qi wireless charging support, and IP55 water and dust resistance. The A-T CONNECT app allows users to customise EQ presets, control ambience settings, locate misplaced earbuds, and more. Hybrid silicone eartips provide a snug, leak-resistant fit for extended use. The ATH-CKS50TW2 supports Siri and Google Assistant, offers flexible single or dual-ear use, and includes ambient soundscapes for focus or relaxation.
Pricing & availability
The earbuds are available in Green and Black. Pricing is set at £125 in the UK and €149 in the EU. On the U.S. site, they are listed at $159, though not yet available for purchase.
