Ai+ Pulse and Nova 5G Specifications

The Ai+ Pulse and Nova 5G both sport a 6.7-inch HD+ TFT IPS display (1600×720 pixels). The Pulse features a 90Hz refresh rate and 450 nits of brightness, while the Nova 5G ups the refresh rate to 120Hz, offering smoother visuals. The Pulse delivers a pixel density of 260ppi, compared to 265ppi on the Nova 5G.

Under the hood, the Ai+ Pulse is powered by the Unisoc T615 processor, while the more advanced Ai+ Nova 5G uses the Unisoc T8200 chipset. The Nova variant also supports 5G networks, giving it a clear advantage in terms of connectivity. Both phones offer expandable storage support up to 1TB via microSD.

Both smartphones run NxtQuantum OS, a custom Android 15-based system developed entirely in India by nxtQ. The OS features a NxtPrivacy Dashboard for tracking app data access, along with its own NxtQuantum PlayStore, NxtSafe Space, NxtQuantum Community App, Theme Design Tool, and the NxtMove App. It stores user data in MeitY-approved Google Cloud regions and follows a zero-trust security architecture.

In terms of optics, both the Ai+ Pulse and Nova 5G are equipped with dual rear cameras, led by a 50MP primary sensor with AI enhancements. For selfies and video calls, it features a 5MP snapper.

Both the Ai+ Pulse and Nova 5G come with a 5,000mAh battery. The Pulse supports 10W charging, whereas the Nova 5G offers faster 18W charging through a USB-C port.

Connectivity features on both phones include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack (very rare these days), and USB Type-C. They are equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint reader. While the Pulse supports dual 4G connectivity, the Nova 5G provides dual 5G support.
