Portronics has launched the Beem 540, a smart portable projector equipped with Android 13, built-in streaming apps, and a telescopic stand. The device is now available across Portronics.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart, and leading offline retailers at an introductory price of ₹9,499 ($110). The product includes a 12-month warranty.

The Beem 540 is designed as a compact yet powerful entertainment and productivity tool. It runs Android 13 and comes pre-loaded with streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube. This allows users to watch content directly on the device without attaching any external dongles or media players.

The projector supports 4K Ultra HD playback and features a native resolution of 720p (1024 x 720 pixels). It delivers up to 4000 lumens of brightness, making it suitable for both day and night use. The projection can scale up to a maximum screen size of 100 inches, depending on the throw distance and ambient light conditions.

Portronics has included automatic vertical keystone correction and electronic auto-focus. These features help ensure a properly aligned and sharp image regardless of the projector’s placement. The device also features a built-in telescopic stand, allowing users to adjust height and tilt for better positioning without needing extra accessories.

The Beem 540 uses an LED light source rated for 30,000 hours of usage. It features a dual-turbo cooling system with intelligent temperature control to reduce the risk of overheating and image discoloration over time.

In terms of sound, the projector houses a 3W built-in speaker. For external audio, users can connect speakers or headphones using Bluetooth or the AUX port. The device also supports HDMI and USB inputs for additional content sources, alongside Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless connectivity.

The projector supports both tabletop use and fixed mounting, with a built-in ceiling or wall mount slot available on the device. It is finished in a matte white body and designed for easy portability, making it suitable for home use, presentations, or classroom environments.
