Since the beginning of their alliance, Oppo and Hasselblad have worked jointly on imaging features that enhance smartphone photography. Previous results of this partnership include Natural Color tuning, a dedicated Portrait Mode that simulates classic lens effects, and XPAN Mode for cinematic wide-angle captures. These tools were tailored specifically for Oppo’s Find series devices.

The next step in their collaboration involves co-developing a new generation mobile imaging system. While full technical details remain under wraps, the brand’s aim is to blend Hasselblad’s color science and image character with Oppo’s advancements in AI and sensor technology. This system is expected to appear in upcoming Find (X9) series flagships, setting new standards in image clarity and creative control for mobile users.

To encourage global creativity, Oppo announced the Oppo Photography Awards 2025 with a theme of ‘Super Every Moment’. The competition offers prizes worth over $100,000 and is open for submissions until November 20, 2025.
