Honor has officially released its latest high-performance tablet that is built for gaming enthusiasts. The Honor Pad GT 2 Pro was announced a couple of days back, and now, it has finally hit the shelves in China. So here’s everything you need to know about this gaming tablet.
Honor Pad GT 2 Pro: How much does it cost?
The Chinese brand has kicked off the first sale of the Honor Pad GT 2 Pro in its home market. It arrives in multiple storage configurations with a starting price tag of 2,499 Yuan (roughly 349 US Dollars) for the base 8GB + 128GB option. Meanwhile, the top end 16GB + 512GB can set buyers back by 3,399 Yuan (roughly 475 US Dollars). Honor has released this gaming tablet in two sober color variants, which include Ice White and Phantom Gray.
What does it offer?
The Honor Pad GT 2 Pro sports a tall 12.5-inch LCD panel with a high 3048 × 2032 resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, HDR Vivid, and IMAX Enhanced content. There is also 1000 nits of peak brightness and 4,320Hz PWM dimming. While the screen is getting a downgrade from an OLED panel over its predecessor, the newer model sports a faster Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC (Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 on the Honor Pad GT Pro).

A massive 10,100mAh battery pack powers this tablet, which supports 66W wired fast charging. All of this is packed in a slim 5.95mm body that weighs 532 grams. Other notable features include WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, eight speakers with improved spatial audio, a 13MP rear and an 8MP selfie shooter for photography, and a large cooling system.
