POCO has started rolling out the first software update for its POCO F7 smartphone in India. The updated version OS2.0.102.0 fixes camera issues and improves system performance based on user feedback.

Camera Fixes
The update makes several camera improvements that users requested:
Better portraits: The phone now captures more natural skin tones with improved facial contrast and accurate brightness levels.
Sharper photos: Images are now crisper with better detail across different lighting conditions.
Better HDR: The camera now handles bright areas like skies better, reducing overexposed shots.
More accurate colors: Outdoor photos, especially greens and landscapes, now look more realistic.
System Improvements
POCO has optimized thermal management to prevent overheating issues. The update also includes the June 2025 Android security patch.
User-Driven Changes
These improvements came directly from feedback collected from early POCO F7 users and the POCO community. The company focused on the most reported problems, particularly camera performance and heat management.
What’s Next
POCO is working on another update called OTA3, which should arrive by the end of August 2025. This update will bring more improvements and new features, though the company hasn’t shared specific details yet.
