Asus has officially launched a new, cheaper variant of the ROG NUC 2025 compact gaming PC in China, powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor and Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU. Previously, the mini-PC was only available with the RTX 5080 Laptop GPU. The device comes with 32GB DDR5-6400 RAM and a 2TB SSD, priced at CNY 18,999 ($2,645).

The ROG NUC 2025 retains its futuristic design with a small form factor measuring 282.4 x 187.7 x 56.5 mm, totaling a 3-liter volume. The system supports tool-free storage upgrades and features a triple-fan cooling system with dual vapor chambers. Combined, the CPU and GPU offer a full system power draw of 215W (75W CPU + 140W GPU).
The front I/O panel includes a power button, 3.5mm headphone jack, one USB-C (10Gbps), and two USB-A (10Gbps) ports. The rear I/O provides four more USB-A (10Gbps) ports, a 2.5GbE RJ45 LAN port, Thunderbolt 4 Type-C, two DisplayPort 2.1, two HDMI 2.1 FRL ports, a power input, and a Kensington lock slot. Wireless connectivity is handled by Intel’s Wi-Fi 7 module.
Other features include ROG BIOS with overclocking options, support for up to four simultaneous 4K display outputs, and NVIDIA DLSS 4 support. The device is MIL-STD-810H certified for durability and includes a thermal shield for M.2 SSDs.
Asus has positioned the ROG NUC 2025 as a premium, small form factor gaming and productivity machine, combining high-end specs, compact design, and robust cooling in a portable chassis. A wider global release is expected to follow.
