The Zeno 20 sports a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop-style notch for smoother visuals. It offers 480 nits brightness, a 1500:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colors, 10-point multitouch, and 4096 levels of brightness adjustment.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the Unisoc T7100 octa-core processor. It is optimized for everyday apps, multitasking, and basic productivity. Itel backs this with a 36-month fluency guarantee, suggesting long-term smoothness in performance.
The phone runs Android 14 Go Edition out of the box. This lightweight OS variant is optimized for budget hardware and ensures smooth operation for essential apps. It includes features like Landscape Mode, Dynamic Bar, and Find My Phone, along with a new Always-On Display that shows the clock and notifications while charging.
In terms of photography, the phone features a 13MP rear camera with HDR support and LED flash. On the front, it sports an 8MP selfie shooter. The device packs a 5000mAh battery, which should easily last a full day or more on moderate usage.

The Zeno 20 is available in two variants: a 3GB RAM + 64GB storage model with 5GB virtual RAM priced at ₹5,999, and a 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model with 8GB virtual RAM priced at ₹6,899. It will be offered in Starlit Black, Space Titanium, and Aurora Blue, and will be sold exclusively on Amazon.in starting August 25, 2025.
