Vivo has been consistently revealing new details about the Vivo X300 series. So far, the brand has shared the display design and some camera details about the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. The Pro variant was recently spotted at China’s 3C certification, an important step before the phone debuts in the country. Now, the standard edition has also acquired the same certification.

As can be seen above, a forthcoming Vivo smartphone with model number V2509A has received approval from the 3C authority. The said phone has been spotted with a V9082L0A1-CN / V9082L0E1-CN charger that supports 90W fast charging.

The same device was recently spotted on Geekbench with the Dimensity 9500. It was spotted with 16GB of RAM and Android 16.

Vivo X300 specifications (rumored)

Recent reports have revealed that the Vivo X300 will feature a 6.3-inch flat OLED display featuring a customized BOE Q10 Plus panel that supports a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will feature the Dimensity 9500 chip and a 6,000mAh+ battery. The device will run on OriginOS 6-based Android 16.

The Vivo X300’s rear camera setup will feature a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB primary camera, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera. For selfies, it will feature a 50-megapixel front camera with a 92-degree field-of-view and autofocus support.

The Vivo X300 series also features the Vivo X300 Ultra, which will pack a more powerful camera setup along with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. The Ultra edition is expected to debut in the first half of 2026.
