Changelog highlights

The update improves animations when tapping Live Alerts or notifications on the lock screen. A new map album in the Photos app lets users view all images with location data on a map. Photos moved from the Private album back to public now return to their original locations. Users can now change their privacy password from any secondary page of Private Safe and from the Locked album in Photos.

The update adds daily and weekly screen time tracking under App Management in Phone Manager. The layout of the remote control panel buttons in IR Remote has also been improved.

BeaconLink has been added under Settings > Mobile Network. This feature allows users to send text, image, and voice messages to nearby people without an internet connection.

The update integrates the September 2025 Android security patch to improve system security.

Rollout details

As with other updates, the rollout is incremental. A small number of devices are receiving it now, and more users will get it in the coming days. Update content may vary by region.

For users in India, bug reporting has been made easier. Issues can be reported directly from the OnePlus Community app under the Bug Report section or by dialing *#800# to access the feedback tool.

Users who have not yet received the notification can check manually by going to Settings > System > System Updates.
