Lenovo is adding a handy new accessory to its Legion Go lineup—one that aims to solve a couple of everyday annoyances for handheld gamers. The company has quietly introduced the Legion Go 65W 12,800mAh Power Bank, designed to work with the Legion Go, the slimmer Legion Go S, and the newly launched Legion Go 2.

Spotted on Lenovo’s product page, the $79.99 power bank doesn’t just offer extra juice. It doubles as a kickstand, a particularly big deal for the Legion Go S, which lacks a built-in stand unlike its siblings. The design is straightforward: an iron plate sticks to the back of the handheld, the bank snaps on magnetically, and a detachable USB-C cable plugs into the top port. The result—charging on the go, plus a device that can finally prop itself up on a desk.
With a 12,800mAh capacity and up to 65W output, the accessory should comfortably keep sessions running longer, while safety features such as overvoltage and temperature protection add peace of mind. Four arrow-shaped LEDs on the front show remaining charge at a glance. The power bank itself charges at 45W.

The tradeoff? Weight. At around 400 grams, the power bank adds noticeable heft, especially when paired with the Legion Go S, which already tips the scales at 740 grams. Still, for those who value longer battery life and hands-free gaming, the extra bulk might be worth it.
Lenovo hasn’t confirmed availability yet, only noting that the accessory is “coming soon.” When it does land, though, it could quickly become a must-have add-on for Legion Go S owners—and a useful alternative stand option for regular Go and future Go 2 users as well.
