Xiaomi is releasing a new budget monitor from its Redmi sub brand. This new model is called the Redmi A27Q Monitor, which brings an IPS panel with a high resolution and super smooth refresh rate. All of this is offered at an affordable price, so here are all the details.

This Redmi Monitor Brings 2K and 120Hz IPS Display Without Breaking the Bank

The Chinese tech giant’s new Redmi A27Q 2026 model is a refresh. It features a tall 27-inch IPS LCD panel with a 2K resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels) and a 120Hz refresh rate. Xiaomi claims that the panel has a professional grade color accuracy with 8 bit depth, 98 percent DCI P3 color gamut, and 100 percent sRGB coverage. To recall, the Redmi A27Q 2025 model also featured a similar 27 inch 2K display, but topped out at just a 100Hz refresh rate.

In other words, this budget monitor targets both creative professionals and gamers who are on a tight budget. The display panel is surrounded by slim bezels on the top and sides, with a noticeable chin on the bottom. The brand ships this budget monitor with an adjustable stand, which lets users tilt the screen vertically as well. This means that it is versatile for multi monitor setups as well.

The Redmi A27Q 2026 model has a peak brightness of 300 nits and supports full brightness DC dimming. Connectivity options include a single DisplayPort 1.4, an HDMI 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. As of right now, Xiaomi is rolling out the Redmi A27Q in the Chinese market for just 779 Yuan, which is roughly around 122 US Dollars. Unfortunately, there is no official word on the global release.
