BenQ has announced its first OLED gaming monitors under the MOBIUZ line, bringing OLED performance together with the company’s color tuning expertise. The new models include the EX271UZ, EX271QZ, and EX321UZ, each built to show games the way developers intended while giving players detailed control over visuals.

The monitors feature Spectral Color Refinement, which removes visible banding for smooth color transitions, and High Pixel Contrast, which adjusts light and shadow on a pixel level. Players can also use Light Tuner and Color Vibrance to fine-tune settings. BenQ’s Color Shuttle software adds game-specific color modes, while its Smart Game Art detection uses AI to match over 120 AAA game profiles. Titles like Elden Ring and The Last of Us are displayed with colors and details as designed.

All three monitors use QD-OLED panels for deep blacks, rich colors, fast response, and smooth motion. The EX271UZ and EX321UZ come with 4K resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate for sharp detail and fluid gameplay across both cinematic and fast-paced titles. The EX271QZ offers 2K resolution with a 500Hz refresh rate, built for competitive FPS players who want maximum frame rate fluidity. Each model provides 99% DCI-P3 coverage and DeltaE<2 color accuracy.

HDR support differs across the lineup, with HDR400 on the EX271UZ and HDR500 on the EX321UZ, enhancing contrast, highlights, and lighting effects. Response times are 0.03ms GtG across all models, removing blur and ghosting. FreeSync Premium Pro ensures smooth, tear-free HDR gaming.

Connectivity includes USB-C with 90W power delivery, DisplayPort 1.4 (2.1 on EX321UZ), and HDMI 2.1, giving flexible options for PC and console setups. Competitive features include customizable crosshairs, an FPS counter, and blur reduction. For console players, the monitors add a KVM switch, ALLM/VRR, eARC, and remote media control.

Pricing & availability

The EX271UZ will be available in December in the U.S. for $999. The EX321UZ and EX271QZ will arrive in February 2026 for $1,299 and $899, respectively.
